WE'VE HAD A FEW STORMS. HOW DO I KNOW IT'S DAMAGED?

Being that in most cases it's nearly impossible to see damage from the ground, or by drone, start with having a certified local roofer inspect your property / roof. In each storm, as the hail density varies from storm to storm, the damage intensity can vary as well. But our certified roofing consultants can evaluate and provide you with the details.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY DEDUCTIBLE?

Ins. Fraud.jpg

Unfortunately, this idea is a common misconception. But no, it is an illegal act for any contractor to waive or absorb a deductible. Insurance fraud is a prosecutable offense, both against the homeowner as well as the contractor.. However, we do offer financing that can be planned upfront to assist you with your out of pocket expenses.

IF INSURANCE DENIES, AM I STUCK INTO A CONTRACT?

Signature.jpg

When choosing Amity as your renovation / restoration contractor, our claim agreement is completely contingent upon the carrier's approval. However, after exhausting all of our efforts and resources, if for some reason the carrier decides your roof is not worth replacing, we can easily provide you with more options to assist you or we can make a paper airplane and see who can throw the agreement document further. If your carrier approves your roof replacement, our paperwork becomes an official contract agreement for your claim.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

IMG_2751.jpeg

Our parents taught us, "you get what you pay for". Most homeowners consideration of changing contractors is usually because of price. And though there is an initial 72 hour cancellation window within our agreements, there is a cancellation fee after that window, as well as the regret of going with someone cheaper. You'd be surprised how many times we're called to fix the cheaper man's work.

CAN WE INSTALL SOMETHING BETTER ON MY ROOF?

Absolutely! Just like the tires on a sports car, you wouldn't downgrade your tires to a lower performance level. So we never recommend downgrading your roof to a lower grade product. But to enhance the performance, curb appeal and esthetics of your roof, we can offer a variety of products just for the occasion.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY INSPECTION / INSTALLATION?

R5.jpg

As convenient as we want to make your experience with us, we do ask that you be home for our initial inspection to evaluate the interior and attic for any continuous leaks / damage. However, if there is no known interior damage, and you'd like for us to inspect the exterior, we can still do so. We're in great shape, but we won't jump over a locked fence.

WHAT IF I WANT TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER NEXT STORM SEASON?

Calendar.jpg

That's a very common concern, especially here in locally. Though we do have a pocket storm season each spring, Texas history has proven that our storms are year-round and with a mind of its own. There are numerous reasons not to wait on replacing a roof and postpone further preventative damage. Ask your personal consultant for more details.

WE'VE HAD A FEW STORMS. HOW DO I KNOW IT'S DAMAGED?

Warranty Certificate.jpg

As each manufacturer comes with their own material warranties against defect, our basic installation warranty is 2 years, and progress in options from there. We also offer an optional maintenance program, all of which can be reviewed with you upon the completion of your project.
